We offer 3 to 6 meetings between 2 and 4 hours long according to our analysis of the client’s needs.
Beforehand, we draw up a « coaching contract » which defines:
- Expected progress of the coachee
- Operational results to be practically attained by the end of the coaching
- Rhythm, modalities of work and information feedback to higher levels in the hierarchy
